Recruitment Consultant – Maritime – Portsmouth – £25,000 – £35,000 + Commission

Due to an excellent start to 2022 Navis Consulting are currently looking to recruit experienced maritime recruiters to join our business.

We have openings across our Shipping, Seagoing and Marine Engineering teams. You could be sourcing an Engineer for a Cruise Ship, a Technical superintendent for a ship owner or a Deck fitter for a luxury yacht manufacturer.

The role will involve developing new business as well as working with existing clients to fill their recruitment requirements.

The successful applicant will have maritime recruitment experience, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

As well as salary and uncapped commission we have a number of other benefits such as flexible and hybrid working.
