In-house Lawyer (Shipping Company) – London – Permanent – Competitive Salary

A leading Shipping company are seeking a qualified lawyer (UK/ European) to join their UK team based in London. The company have a truly International presence with offices located in various worldwide locations.

You will be required to deal with a diverse range of legal matters, both contentious and non contentious. Typical work will include contract preparation, review and negotiation, legal advice other areas of the business. Handling litigation and disputes (mainly shipping related) in respect of the companies insurance policies.

The successful applicant should be a qualified lawyer with up to 3 years PQE. Newly qualified lawyers can be considered. If have any additional studies or qualification within the maritime industry this will be beneficial but it is not essential.
