Project Manager/Project Scheduler (Marine)-Permanent- Somerset- £30,000-£40,000

Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with high organizational skills within a manufacturing environment that can work closely with all departments to gather information to help maintain the high standard of products delivered to customers. Based in Somerset our client wants a unique individual to lead by example to monitor the production line and liaise with departments keeping track on developments for a timely completion. They must be motivated to maintain the high quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling of boats in an efficient and effective manner
• Actively review orders to optimize the sales and timely completion of orders
• All work to be completed to the highest of standards
• Keep track of supplies, equipment and items for a timely completion of orders
• Maximize profit and supporting cash flow
• Support other departments as required

Experience Required:

• Microsoft office suite
• Premier Software experience
• Ability to adapt and learn different process’s
• Good communication skills
• Construction experience (not essential)

This is a permanent role looking for a passionate individual wanting to maintain standards throughout a manufacturing environment. This candidate must have good leadership skills and be able to communicate problems effectively.
