Mechanical and Electrical Senior Technician – Permanent – Southeast

As a Mechanical and Electrical Senior Technician, you will be responsible for working within a team to provide a broad range of infrastructure, facilities and building services expertise across the port to maintain and improve existing buildings, port infrastructure and other structures or facilities. You’ll also manage and undertake planned and reactive maintenance work for site infrastructure and building services from identification to procurement and supervision of works in operational facilities and construction sites.

The successful candidate will have:

• Building Services discipline qualification at a minimum level of HNC/HND or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC, gas, electrical, life safety, controls and SCADA systems with demonstrable experience of facilities management
• Health & Safety, CDM and Statutory regulations and legislation knowledge
• Basic IT and computer skills, including excel and word.
• Full Driving License and own transport
