Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Supervisor – Permanent – Southeast

As a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for working within a team to provide a broad range of infrastructure, facilities and building services expertise across the port to maintain and improve existing buildings, port infrastructure and other structures or facilities via a Framework contractor and sub-contractors.

The successful candidate will have:

• M&E Building Services discipline qualification at a minimum level of HNC/HND or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC, gas, electrical, lift safety and control systems with demonstrable experience of facilities management
• Health & Safety, CDM, Statutory and Asbestos regulations and legislation knowledge
• Basic IT and computer skills, including excel and word.
• Full Driving License and own transport
