Project Manager (M&E Building Services – Ports) – Permanent – South East

As a Project Manager you would be responsible for delivering multi-disciplinary building services projects from inception to completion in a collaborative ‘Framework Contract’ environment, leading project teams. You will be working closely with the engineering team and wider stakeholders to successfully deliver projects using NEC contracts within the port’s operational environment and will be responsible for managing budgets and risk and ensuring that projects are delivered safely and in compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

• BSc/BEng in Building Services or equivalent
• Experience in the management of NEC3 contracts an advantage
• APM Project Management qualification or similar
• CDM regulations knowledge
• Strong Communication skills – Written and Verbal
• Full Driving License and own transport
