Cabin Manager – Ferry

We have an exciting opportunity for two Cabin Managers to join our client on a fixed term basis
The purpose of this role is to manage the cabin, leading by example and ensuring professionalism at all times to both our passengers and fellow crew members. They will also play a key role in supporting and implementing any new initiatives onboard.

Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Operational management responsibility for the cabin crew
• Managing and developing Senior Cabin Crew
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service is shown to all passengers at all times
• To be aware of marine safety practices at all times
• All stock/monies and all administration relating to the vessel’s cabin operation
• Upselling
• Management of the food hygiene policy

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with excellent leadership qualities and great people management skills. Candidates will also have proven customer service experience and a positive approach to work
