- Provide a first-class dining experience for three meals per day.

Lord of the Highlands is Scotland’s newest addition to Hebridean Island Cruises fleet.
Rebuilt in 2019, Lord of the Highlands will undergo her maiden season in 2022 carrying discerning passengers through the famous Caledonian Canal and the west coast of Scotland.
Our onboard crew are the most essential part of Lord of the Highlands and we require new crew members for our 2022 full contract season March – October. We are looking for people with a background in high end hospitality, train, restaurant or hotel experience at different levels.
If you have not worked at sea before and do not have STCW certificates, for the candidates accepted we will provide full training in Glasgow 7th, 14th or 21st March.
About us –
We are a luxury small cruise ship departing from Inverness or Kyle of Lochalsh weekly. We aim to provide all our guests with unbeatable service from the moment they book their holiday with us. With 7 day voyages throughout the Caledonian canal and the inner west Hebrides, guests are taken away from the hurried day to day bustle and left to relax and enjoy the sensational Scottish countryside from the luxury of our ship.
We have 20 passenger cabins, allowing a maximum 40 guests so a small and intimate setting allows guests the opportunity to make new connections with all throughout the cruise.
With a crew of 18, we cater to our guests every need and make ourselves, new friendships throughout the season.
What we are looking for:-
For individual’s with experience in high end hospitality, however we will invest in those with potential and a positive attitude.
Requirements for all crew:
- Well-spoken and confident
- Proven work experience
- Prepared to work shift hours, 7 days a week
We pay a day rate that is higher to include holiday pay, so any leave from the ship is not paid. We stress that we are looking for crew that can provide us with a season contract.
Location start: Greenock, Scotland.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications
Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
