Field Safety Advisor – Permanent – Eastern Scotland

As the Field Safety Advisor, you would be working closely with the management teams to provide an effective Health and Safety service across two ports in Eastern Scotland, in order to drive the ongoing implementation and development of the two port’s safety management systems. This includes advising on safe working practices and the risk assessment process, conducting, and supporting safety audits, safety conversations, incident investigations and project work.

The successful candidate will have:

• Holds NEBOSH General Certificate
• Understanding of Marine/Port Operations
• Proficient with IT and administration
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good understanding of DSEAR, and experience within renewables and/or decommissioning markets
