Atlantas Marine offers some of the world’s most comprehensive and sought after subsea offshore inspection services, using the highest quality equipment and specialist ROV operators and support staff.

Providing high level after sales support is extremely important, as the company wants the customer experience to be of the highest quality, ensuring customers return to Atlantas Marine to purchase, hire and collaborate on offshore and onshore ROV inspections.

Job purpose

Owing to the rapid growth and success of our operations team, we are looking for a proactive and driven candidate to take the mantel of Head of Operations. Based in Yoevil and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of managing and delegating day-to-day operational activity. Some of your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of orders from enquiry through to delivery
• Manage cost limitations to match projects/contract quotes
• Ensure production and communication of reports, ranging from RAMS (Risk Assesment Method Statement), daily progress reports, and end of contract reports
• Liaise with ROV pilots to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion
• Take charge of challenging situations which may involve working outside of standard hours (please note this won’t be a regular occurrence)

The person
