Sales Manager (RIBs)- Permanent- Portsmouth- £40,000

Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with a passion for running a team and meeting customers requirements. This role is aimed at an individual wanting to develop further in their career and grow the company working closely with a small team to deliver the highest of standard to their customers. You will become the heart of customers needs and making sure all documentation is complete to ensure all targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and hit targets
  • Monitor and maintain spend on each boat and sales margin targets
  • Ensure companies values are met with oversea delivery process
  • Maximize opportunities for upselling/extra increasing basket spend
  • Sign off multiple documents
  • Manage and work alongside team to give unique customer experience
  • Complete aftersales follow ups
  • Every purchase signed off and ready for handover
  • Follow up with historic customers
  • Involved in boat sales and develop best practice Customer Journey

Candidate requirements:

  • An understanding of boats
  • Experienced in running a team keeping them motivated to deliver financial targets
  • Understanding of advertisement techniques to maximize product exposure
  • Always wanting to deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexible working hours to meet the demands of a seasonal business
  • Attended social events
  • Key holder if required
