Provide guidance for an optimized sourcing, management and retention of qualified crews on board Sonasurf vessels.

Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for all crewing activities including Crewing Strategy and best practices implementation, Crew needs and sourcing, Crew change planning and coordination, seafarers career management, Payroll and manning agencies invoices validation and seafarers social management including sickness and injury

• A. Comply with all SONASURF HSE-related policies:

• Provide guidance for an optimized sourcing, management and retention of qualified crews on board Sonasurf vessels.
• Selection & Management of Crewing Agencies Management of direct employees
• Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for Crewing Strategy and best practices implementation
• Implementation of Crewing KPIs and monitoring of department performance
• Preparation of Annual Crewing Plan Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for Crew needs identification and sourcing of competent seafarers
• Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for Crew change planning and coordination including extensive knowledge and use of OCSTM
• Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for seafarers career management (Assessment / Promotion)
• Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for Payroll (Salaries, Bonus...) and Manning
• Agencies invoices validation
• Train and support Sonasurf Crewing team for seafarers social management including sickness and injury.
