A world leading cruise line is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join the team on one of their extraordinary ships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Executive Chef with specialty restaurant operations, kitchen equipment control and maintenance as well as food cost reports.
  • Ensure workstations and cooks adhere to all procedures
  • Train new culinary staff to meet performance standards

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing a multicultural team within an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.
  • Passion for food
