2nd Engineer - Dredger (Contract)

On behalf of a Dredger owner based in Holland I am recruiting for a 2nd Engineer to work on a non-propelled vessel in the Suez Canal.

The role…

This is a potential long term position with 4-6 week rotations. You will ideally have previous Dredger experience, in rank, to be considered. However the client would accept previous large Diesel Electric engine room experience as a minimum.

The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

2nd Engineer Unlimited
STCW certificates
Previous Dredger or Diesel Electric vessel experience in rank

The reward…

This role has a day rate between 200 and 250 Euros per day. Ideally the client would look to offer a permanent role after 1 or 2 rotations.
