Junior Marine Superintendent
Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Junior Marine Superintendent to join a Maritime company. Candidate must have a background in maritime and hold a certificate of competency.
This is a permanent, full-time position including paid holidays
Location - Southeast, Ireland
Salary - €30-40k depending on experience
Start Date - ASAP, state your availability
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring the fleet of vessels performance trends
- Carryout regular vessel inspections, investigate, highlight, report of any findings
- Ensuring vessel compliance, trading certificates and class certificates are all in valid and followed
- Organise annual inspections as and when required
- Budget management
- Working with QHSE and Crewing department
- Liaising with Master and Chief Engineer onboard vessel
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working within a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise time/task
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
- Problem solving
