Demurrage & Claims Administrator (Oil tankers) – London – Permanent – £25,000 – £30,000
A leading commodity trading company are seeking a Demurrage & Claims Administrator to join their Oil and Chemicals team based in London. The company have a truly International presence with offices located in various worldwide locations.
You will be required to support the day-to-day running of the claims team with duties including managing correspondence and data within the companies demurrage system, logging and distributing new claims and invoices and run monthly reports that support the negotiators to manage their claims portfolio.
This is a fairly junior role withing the companies shipping team and the successful applicant should have 1 – 2 years experience working in a similar role in a commodity trading or shipping environment. An excellent package is available to the successful applicant. You must have the right to live and work in the UK to apply.
