The main responsibility of the F&B Director is the management of all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards are achieved and maintained within the budget. This includes training, procedures, practices, and guest satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as F&B Director on cruise ships or in luxury resorts
• High attention to detail
• Used to managing large groups of people and outlets
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in the English language regarding speaking, reading, and writing
