Regional Services Commercial Director (Permanent) – London

A large network company is looking for a Regional Services Commercial Director to join their team in London. The main purpose of the position is to be the customer commercial interface in the region and develop a permanent relationship with all existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and support the Bid & Sales strategy for services supporting marine maintenance commercial activities
• Develop customer relationships
• Conduct bids preparations, presentations, and negotiations
• Ensure the most cost-effective solution is developed and identifies all possible areas of optimization
• Orders forecast
• Bonds management
• Overdues management
• Commercial negotiations related to the projects
• FA commercial management
• Manage customer requests and claims
• Participate in Customer meetings on request
• Participate in Conferences to promote Services
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in the telecommunication sector
• Solid experience in international contracts (legal aspects, terms & conditions, financing, risk analysis and mitigation)
• Negotiation skills in an international environment
• Written and oral communications skills
• Ability to negotiate prices, to analyse market prices & define strategy
• Ability to analyse, challenge and synthetize information
• Quick adaptability to match Customer needs
• Ability to work in a team and share information
• English proficiency. A second language such as Spanish or French would be beneficial.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
• Ability to travel worldwide even on a short notice

For this position you must have an existing right to live and work in the UK and ideally already be located within a commutable distance to London as some office work will be required.
