Legal Loss Prevention Executive (Marine Insurance) – Rotterdam – €60,000 – €70,000

A leading company in the marine insurance market is looking to recruit a Legal Loss Prevention Executive to join their Rotterdam office.

Tasked with the continual improvement of the companies underwriting business and processes, the successful candidate will provide legal expertise to assess risks in order to avoid loss proactively as well as analyse incidents retrospectively to advise on best practice in future cases.

You will work closely with claims handlers, underwriters, surveyors and brokers to effectively reduce risks and loss throughout all claims processes.

Applicants should have a legal background or education and will ideally have further studied or worked within the maritime industry and the all of the insurance policies with be marine focussed.
