Ships Nurse – Cruise (Worldwide)

Navis Consulting are currently looking for exceptional Nurses to join our client’s fleet of Cruise Vessels on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to provide high standard of acute and on-going nursing care to guests and crew.

Duties Summary

• To work with the Ships Doctor and other nursing staff in maintaining the health and medical needs of the ship’s guests and crew.
• To take part on rotational basis, the role of lead nurse, who for the period of that role has the responsibility of checking that the below items are completed by the medical team.
• To follow the Doctors instruction in order to maintain the efficient running of the ships medical centre, keeping it well stocked, clean and tidy and ready for use at all times.
• To maintain, manage and review stock levels of all medical equipment, pharmacy and supplies on-board at all times.
• To be familiar with the company outbreak prevention plan, especially any procedure required by the medical department.

Contract Conditions

• Competitive Salary
• Rotation of 4 months on 2 months off

• Salary paid 12 months of the year
