Commercial and Communications Service Manager

My client is currently looking for an Commercial and Communications Service Manager. My client is an established global business and are looking for someone to work within one of the following locations;

Hamburg, Oslo, Pireaus or Athens,

Other offices in Europe can be considered, so don’t let the named locations from discouraging your application

Your duties,
Overall responsibility for selling the solution to clients, managing the ongoing daily operation, managing a small team, profitability and development of the Airtime service offering.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise the Airtime team.
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships.
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

Required Experience

• Experienced user of MS Office
• Flexibility and Ability to work with various relevant departments within the company
• Willing to travel and adapt to the demands of a 24/7/365 operation
• Self-motivated
• Experience with communications within shipping
• Experience in selling solutions to clients
• Commercial skills in client management
