Tugboat Captain

Faststream has partnered with a worldwide leader in the Shipping community operating a fleet of tugboats. They are searching for multiple TUGBOAT RIVER CAPTAINS to operate their vessels on the Mississippi River. The schedule for the TUGBOAT RIVER CAPTAINS is 28/28 and the pay range is $500-$700 per day.

Responsibilities for the TUGBOAT RIVER CAPTAINS include:

• Insure safe navigation of vessel and cargo
• Push multiple barges up/ down narrow passages
• Oversee safe and efficient crew operations

Requirements for the TUGBOAT RIVER CAPTAINS are as follows:

• At least a 200 ton United States Coast Guard Captains license required
• Towing & Western River Endorsement required
• 5 plus years experience navigating the Mississippi River
