Here at Navis Consulting, we pride ourselves on both our recruitment expertise and Maritime knowledge, both of which are continually growing and expanding. We are looking to expand our expert team, we have become a recruiter of choice for many shipping companies across the world as a result of our dedicated and specialist Recruitment Team. The team is comprised of individuals with actual seagoing experience, those that have worked in-house for marine businesses as crewing personnel, and those who have extensive recruitment experience in Maritime markets.

We typically recruit Vessel Operators, Charterers, Brokers and Analysts across the diverse shipping markets, as well as many other specialist roles. The commercial team also has a dedicated Marine Insurance and Legal sub-division working in P&I and Maritime Law. We have firm growth plans in place in the next few years and we want you to be an integral part of the next stage in our evolution.

What we offer

• £21K basic salary with uncapped commission scheme and first year OTE of £30K
