Required Skills

• Proven Experience in customer and food services envi­ron­ments 
• Have the ability to work to strict deadlines in a dynamic and pressured environment
• Have experience and knowledge in the day-to-day operation of the galley environment on board
• Be flexible and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Have a willingness to work various shift patterns onboard any company vessel Applicants must hold all relevant STCW certi­ficates 
• Food Hygiene Food Safety 

Duties will involve: day to day management of food standards, maintaining customer expectation levels, Ensure highest standards of safety, security, hygiene, profes­si­onalism, and cleanliness in all galley and food service areas onboard.

Ensuring all company, port, and envi­ron­mental health policies are adhered to.
