Required Skills

Duties will involve: day to day management of food standards, maintaining customer expectation levels, Ensure highest standards of safety, security, hygiene, profes­si­onalism, and cleanliness in all galley and food service areas onboard.

Ensuring all company, port, and envi­ron­mental health policies are adhered to.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications

Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
