Senior Chef - Offshore

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Chef on behalf of our offshore client:

Experience Required:

• Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene
• An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints
• Excellent Customer Service skills

Essential Certification:

• OGUK Medical
• OGUK Food Handlers Medical
• ENG1 Medical
• Food Hygiene Certificate level 2
• Chefs Qualification
• Seamans Book
• STCW Designated Security Duties
• BOSIET/FOET
• MIST
• Shoulder Width Measurements
