Job Description as Maintenance & Access Work Planner with Stork:

The Maintenance & Access Work Planner is responsible for planning detailed Work Orders for all FM & Access activities, and is accountable for safety/health/environmental factors, reliability, and cost in support of their particular assigned assets.

Primary Role Deliverables:

  • Development of optimised work packages to be executed by offshore teams
  • Daily interface with offshore FM & Access teams and Supervision to ensure good progress is being made. 
  • Act as main focal point and lead the offshore workforce
  • Champion continuous improvement of Maintenance Execution process
  • Maintain, share and present key data such as Dashboards and Reports to drive Fabric
  • Maintenance and Access/Scaffold delivery and performance
  • Identify and initiate Management of Change where applicable
  • SAP competent for all required transactions and reports
    Rough cut schedule of PM/CM work scope
  • Deliver commercially accountable work as required, managing cost and schedule risks for all parties.
