Voyage Manager (LNG) - Permanent - London - Competitive Salary

A leading LNG shipping company with a global presence are recruiting for a Voyage Manager to join their team in London.

As a Voyage Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the Operational, Navigational, Cargo / Ballast handling and Mooring related activities.

Duties will include; 

•  Planning responsibilities - Flag inspections, SIRE inspections, internal and external navigation audits, mooring analysis and risk assessments.
• Operations responsibilities - Health and safety, manning appointments, recruitment and selection.
• Performance monitoring responsibilities - Vessel operations risk reviews.
• Driving improvement - Supporting and informing the Vessel Manager in regards to breakdowns, repairs, navigational passage plans and disciplinary requirements.

Successful candidates will have sailed as a Senior Deck Officer onboard LNG vessels and have shore-based experience as a Voyage Manager or in a similar capacity.
