Carpenter (Yachts) – Permanent – Northamptonshire – £10.50 – 11.65ph (+Overtime)

Production Carpenter (Yachts) required for a globally renowned manufacturer of luxury motor yachts. Due to further expansion and a busy production schedule our client has immediate vacancies to support the manufacture of their range of luxury motor yachts. This role would suit both experienced marine professionals and tradespeople who are able to consistently produce work to a high standard, with a “get it right first time” attitude, maximising quality and productivity while minimising waste.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for: –

• A proficient user of a full range of hand and power tools to cut and shape materials.
• Follow schematics to meet the requirements of the boat layout.
• Experienced in working with high quality materials.
• Shop fitting experience would be advantageous.

Candidates are not necessarily required to come from a Maritime background as other similar industry sectors within carpentry trades will be considered.
A competitive hourly rate with generous overtime, shift premiums and benefits available.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 0700 – 1730 with overtime available on Friday and weekends.
