Chief Steward is required for a 40 meter yacht.

• Excellent planning, organizational and bookkeeping skills are necessary. As Head of the interior, you will oversee the chef's operations and ensure a high standard is maintained throughout.

• The successful candidate will be working on behalf of wonderful British owners, who wish to enjoy a relaxed and personal family experience with their children and friends, having very recently purchased the yacht.

• Applicants will require relevant experience on similar sized sailing yachts, with excellent and clear communication skills, and will lead the delivery of world-class guest services and capably execute interior duties.

• All visas and covid requirements must be in place and valid for working in the EU. All STCW modules and seafarer’s medical certification must be current and/or refreshed.

• The yacht runs with five crew, and the vessel will spend the majority of its summer season in Mallorca and Croatia, with a refit planned for the winter period and a follow-on Med-Caribbean schedule for 2022. The successful candidate will join the yacht on the 14th July in Mallorca.

• Combined owner use is around 10-12 weeks per year.

Start Date 14th July 2021

• Salary guidelines are around €5,200 per month, depending on experience, with 38 days’ vacation and a discretionary 13th month bonus.”
