Technical Reliability Condition Monitoring Analyst (Ferries) - Scotland, UK - 23 Months’ FTC – Competitive Salary
A leading Ship Owner and Operator based in Scotland is currently recruiting for a Technical Reliability Condition Monitoring Analyst to join the busy team on a 23 months' fixed term contract basis.
Reporting to the Fleet Technical Reliability Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to oversee and manage condition monitoring.
Other responsibilities will include;
- Management of the oil analysis and vibration monitoring condition assessment programmes.
- Identifying and driving improvements to the conditioning monitoring programmes and processes.
- Supporting the Fleet Technical Reliability Operations Manager with provision of leading, rather than reactive, data allowing the Vessel Reliability Meeting to consider and introduce improvement opportunities.
- To create and manage condition monitoring dashboards in consultation with the Engineering Information Team.
- A fleet wide review and ongoing assessment of condition monitoring activity across fleet.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a similar role ashore and have previous marine technical experience (Engineering OOW or equivalent).
You will have excellent communication and time management skills, have good initiative skills and be able to organise personal workloads in response to priorities.

This role does have the flexibility for remote working with travel to Scotland.

All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications
Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
