Contract Manager

Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Contract Manager to join a Tug Marine Company in UK. Successful candidate will need to be well organised as they will be responsible for the administration, upkeep and improve of the Company’s contracts, agreements and pricing structure cross all areas of the towage operation.

Would be responsible to review current systems with a view to update, highlighting any potential issues or problems and prose a solution to the board of Directors. Creating and getting approval of templates for quotes/contracts and agreements and amend any charge structure created from sales agreements/contracts.

Role is based on the Northeast of England; candidate will be required to travel abroad.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Attention to detail
Educated to A level standard
Working knowledge of contract laws and corporate policies
Good working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
Work well within a team and have initiative and enthusiasm
