Senior Spa Manager (Cruise) – Worldwide

Navis Consulting are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Spa Manager to join our client’s fleet of Cruise Vessels on a permanent basis.
We are looking for the right individual to strengthen and complement our team on board. Cruise vessel experience would be extremely beneficial.

The role involves but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing business plans for the department
• Ensuring that all guests are receiving courteous and efficient service
• Developing and implementing plans to achieve customer service objectives
• Following up with guests to determine customer satisfaction level
• Following, implementing and monitoring safety regulations
• Promoting sales
• Completing stock taking at the end of every month and effectively managing cost of sales

You will need to have:

• Minimum 5 years as a Hair Stylist in professional hair styling experience
• Previous experience in managing Spa department on cruise ship
• Diploma in Hairdresser/Hairstylist (Professional Certificate to be endorsed by relevant national authority or institution)
• Qualifications to cover 1. Hair cutting and styling for Male/Female, colouring, perming and permanent straightening 2. Shampooing and conditioning, blow dry and set hair up
• Proven knowledge of Spa operations and treatments, including basic knowledge of body anatomy/physiology
• Excellent customer service experience including complaints resolution
• English language proficiency, both written and spoken
• STCW basic safety training certificate
• Basic IT skills
