Our client helps reduce risk and costs, increase efficiency, comply with health and safety and environmental legislation as well as improving customer service levels.
As a Technical Officer / Account Manager you will provide project & operational support to clients globally. This role would suit someone with a marine engineering background and familiarity with sanitary systems on cruise ships their design, operation and maintenance.

Experienced required

• Support projects from the installation, implementation and beyond.
• Good EXCEL skills, costing, cost analysis, stock accessories control, technical support documents
• Hands on Engineering
• Technical liaison between existing clients and representative engineers.
• Ensure project installation conforms to all regulations.
• Proactively monitor product performance, consumption and client relations
• Experience in Marine Engineering, sea time is preferable.
• Hands on workshop experience and skills essential.
• Fluent English with other language skills beneficial
• Computer literate, EXCEL
• Experienced report writer good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible with travel worldwide
