Business Operations Manager (Courier Services)

We are representing an international courier shipping headquartered in US. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking to hire a Business Manager based in Hong Kong.

The key responsibilities of these role are;

To drive the commercial activities, servicing key accounts and managing the daily country operations. Generating new business and identifying new potential customers

You are also required to supervise the Next Flight Out (NFO) Operations and shipments in and out of Hong Kong/Shenzhen/Macau.

Manage 3PL Import/Export permit and customs declarations

Liaise and source for cargo space with different airlines

Achieving a standard of excellence, complying to all policies and regulatory requirements

Volume and KPI performance reporting related to operations

Requirements

6 years of experience in handling air freight operations with a focus on NFO or time critical logistics

Sales oriented and experienced in developing new business and key accounts management.
