Claims Handler (Charter-Party Disputes) – Newcastle – £30,000 – £55,000

An opportunity has arisen with global name in the maritime industry for a Claims Handler to join their Newcastle office to focus specifically on Charter Party dispute matters.

This role is suitable for someone currently working in a position where they deal with various charter-party’s on a regular basis and are able to effectively read and understand all elements of a charter-party contract. This experience could be gained working for a shipowner or charterer in either an Operator or Charterer capacity. Alternatively you will have experience handling these types of claims for the insurers side.

An excellent package is available for the successful applicant and the opportunity to develop your skills in a leading shipping company. You must have the right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
