Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Fleet Service Engineer to manage a fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). Candidate would be joining a growing team that operates in the offshore renewable energy industry across UK and Europe, working on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation.

Would be required to travel various sites to carry out planned servicing and maintenance on companies fleet. Often this would required at short notice in case of a vessel breakdown. The Fleet Service Engineer would be reporting directly to the Engineering and Assistant Engineering Managers.

Ideally candidate would have previous experience work as a Field Service Engineer within the maritime sector, and completed an engineering apprenticeship or hold equivalent qualification.
Experience with diesel engines, gearboxes, jets, hydraulics and similar is however experience in electrics and electronics (especially bridge/navigational instrumentation) would be reviewed.

This is a permanent, full time position with paid holidays and company pension.

Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications, between £30,000 - £40,000.

A company fleet van will be provided when on rotation, fuel paid by us. Tools are provided by us. A pension (5% employer contribution) is provided unless they wish to opt out. Overtime is available if we require their attendance outside of rotation (voluntarily available, not a requirement to attend if unable to/unwilling). Work is wherever the vessels are located, currently UK at the moment but could be anywhere in Europe.
