Job Description as Integrity Services Base Technician with Stork:
To support in the overall delivery of the Group’s business objectives, whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with company standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Integrity Services Base Technician:
Service, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Testing
- Maintenance and servicing of Integrity Services equipment.
- Manufacturing, testing and maintenance of Ag/AgCl Electrodes in accordance with Stork procedures.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Integrity Services stores including accuracy of stock levels, organisation of tools and equipment, completion of routine audits and entering requisitions for new stock as required.
- Manufacturing, assembly, testing and maintenance of Stork Integrity products.
- Fault finding and repair of Integrity Services equipment.
- QA/QC checks on materials and final products.
- Support the preparation and mobilisation of equipment for site work.
- Support research and development of products and processes.
- Proactively seek continuous improvement of processes, equipment and products.

- Engage with colleagues and clients regarding equipment requirements and product development.
- Work with Project Engineer & Project Manager to develop delivery schedules.
- Conduct toolbox talks with Integrity Services Field Engineers who support manufacturing.
- Develop others skills and experience.
Recording
- Responsible for ensuring that accurate manufacturing and maintenance records are maintained.
- Responsible for ensuring that all plant & equipment is function tested and fully operational prior to dispatch.
- Responsible for the compilation of certification packs including operators instructions, and ensuring that all are valid.

Education & Experience
Education
Essential
- Technical HNC / Apprenticeship
- Demonstrate an appropriate level of technical competence
Desirable
- PAT Test Certificate
- PUWER & LOLER
- COSHH & Manual Handling
- Task Risk Assessment
- Forklift
- Environmental Awareness
Experience
Essential
- Experience in a role involving the testing, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment
Desirable
- Hands on experience with Cathodic Protection, NDT or Integrity Monitoring equipment
- Experience assembling and testing cables
- Experience assembling and testing PCB’s
- Product assembly / manufacturing experience
