Job Description as HR Information & Systems Coordinator with Stork:

The HR Information & Systems Coordinator is the Super User within the UK & Middle East for our HR Information System. To role is required to administer the HR Information system to provide efficient and effective HR systems services to the business and HR users. The role assists in the development, testing, maintenance and integrity of the HR Information System. 
In addition, the HR Information & Systems Coordinator is responsible for the HRIS administration, responding to requests for information and service support in a timely and professional manner upholding the HR brand.

Tasks and Responsibilities as HR Information & Systems Coordinator:

HRIS Administration

  • Focal point for HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in respect of HR data, supporting good data protection practice. 
  • Support the delivery of training for HR staff and users on new HR processes/functionality
  • Create and maintain training documentation and guides
  • Escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes to enhance processes or address issues
  • Support the testing and application of upgrades, patches or fixes
  • Ensure that HRIS processes support HR Policies and Procedures
  • Responding to user requests, providing support and guidance as necessary.

HRIS Data Integrity

  • Ensure the integrity of data in the HRIS is maintained, running routine queries and quality controls.
  • Working with other members of the HR team to ensure that data is accruate and up to date and providing support, solutions and guidance where nessessary
  • Escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Co-ordinate with relevant teams regarding continuous improvement initiatives and the improvement of data quality and governance.
  • Promote and provide expertise in data integrity to the HR team.

Data Reporting

  • Produce a suite of repots to be used across the business including the Business Board within agreed timeframes
  • Producing reports and completing returns in accordance with the reporting timetable
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR reporting requests and provide data in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Work closely with Finance and HR team to ensure alignment between systems for accurate reporting, such as headcount.
  • To review current HR reports to ensure that they remain relevant and used
  • To create HR Metric reporting and where possible provide trend analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in producing reports
  • Support the delivery of the HR service performance reporting suite, developing an understanding of the key operational HR metrics underpinning the business.

Specific Requirements for the HR Information & Systems Coordinator: 

Experience

  • Proven Microsoft Excel experience creating reports & manipulating data
  • SAP Experience – Using, supporting and training users
  • Power BI (not essential but preferable)
