Job description
Implement and manage Compensation and Benefits strategies within global compensation & benefits framework and policies in order to contribute to the external competitiveness and internal equity to facilitate the attraction, motivation, talent conservation and development of Stork culture.
Policies
- Participate in development of compensation and benefits policies and make recommendations for changes in Group, business line or country compensation and benefits programs
- Communicate and manage the compensation and benefits policies to contribute to its proper implementation in the assigned area.
Job Analysis & Evaluation
- Manage the system and methodology of description and grading of positions, ensuring their updating and correct use of the information.
- Documents and evaluates local job positions up to level 20
- Monitor the assigned area wage structure through assessment of positions based on the prescribed methodology.
Renumeration
- Participate in salary surveys and track reference to markets, to validate and / or update the internal structure of positions and remuneration.
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in compensation and benefits programs and identify company and business line position
- Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve delivery of programs
- Oversees administration of programs and maintenance of required records
- Manage annual cyclical base and variable pay processes, ensuring compliance with company reward strategy
Benefits
- Manage and optimize the benefits offered by the company
- Work with intermediaries to manage all healthcare and risk benefits including management of renewals process, ensuring benefits offering is cost effective
- Ensure benefit programs for the assigned area in line with local legislation, practice and in line with Stork Group benefit policies and guidelines.
- Identify gaps in the company’s benefits offering and make proposals for change to align with with market practices and company’s objectives
Advise
- Advise managers on individual salary treatment and employees on interpretation of plan provisions.
- Advise employees and business on employee benefits offering
Projects
- Execute and/or participate in assigned Group Compensation, HR and related projects

Specific Requirements for Compensation & Benefits Consultant:
Education:
Master Degree HR with specialization in Finance / C&B / Reward or pensions
Knowledge and experience:
3-5 years general HR or Compensation and Benefits experience
Seasoned and experienced professional
Strong experience of pensions including pension auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice
Strong understanding of risk and healthcare benefits and market practices
Strong Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel
Experience of global reward practices, specifically Middle East, is desirable
Experience in C&B maintaining and adapting frameworks, schemes and procedures. Organize, execute and/or participate in assigned HR/ C&B projects, partly within Group HR/ C&B guidelines.
