JOB TITLE:

PORT CAPTAIN

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Port Captain of company. Directly supervise the personnel for all the company’s vessels. Develop marine operations and cost control programs for vessels. Hire, train and evaluate marine personnel. Produce monthly operating reports. Assist in vessel scheduling of personnel as required. Assist in new project development interfacing with customers, etc.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

Supervise Captains, Mates and Deck Crews
Recruitment, training and evaluating marine personnel
Schedule routine company activities as required (including Capt. & Crew meetings)
Operate company vessels as Captain if directed by General Manager / Managing Director
Assist in new project development
Perform incident investigations, manage company safety program

REQUIREMENTS:

II/2 valid COC with minimum 5 years onshore experience and sailing experiences on AHTS vessels.
Sound knowledge of ISM

SALARY:

Offered package is up to USD 10,000 per month.
Salary and work rotation is negotiable.
