Deputy DPA (Yachts) – Permanent – Kent, UK – £25k – £30k DOE

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first shore-based job and to join an expanding, dynamic yacht managment team.

As Deputy DPA you will enjoy a varied role. Key responsibilities of the role include assisting the DPA to ensure the fleet of yachts comply with the same codes of conduct, continuous development and improvement of Safety Management manuals and systems, ensuring all yacht documentation is well filed and up to date, maintaining crew certification and all compliance and technical documentation.

Successful applicants will be dynamic maritime professionals seeking shore-based work and possessing skills in the fields of a basic level of international and national maritime regulations and admin/computer skills. Junior deck officer experience is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and a driving license are a must.
