Job Description as Project Controls Co-ordinator with Stork:

Support in delivery of monthly financial management reports and timely invoicing of clients, in line with project plan and control processes and standards. 

Task and Responsibilities as Project Controls Co-ordinator:

Project Control & Coordination

  • Supporting Service Controller stimulate timely invoicing.
  • Analyse financial processes and outcomes in the assigned projects, identify gaps and non-compliance
  • Provide interface with clients and suppliers
  • Participate in and/or co-ordinate assigned projects to ensure compliance
  • Co-ordinator of project control processes within the assigned projects
  • Provides direction to Operations with regards to timely invoicing and other approval processes

Optimisation

  • Identify and evaluate bottlenecks in financial processes, techniques and systems
  • Make suggestions for improvement and ensure implementation after approval

Management Information

  • Process month-end entries and issuing periodical and ad hoc reports, including standard data and using standard reporting guidelines to project team.

Specific Requirements for Project Controls Co-ordinator:

Education & Experience

Essential

  • Relevant Experience in Project Controls or other financial, process driven environment

Desirable

  • Experience with month-end processing
