Job description

Job Description as Recruiter with Stork:

Coordinate and perform the attraction, recruitment and first selection of potential employees within the company on vacancies within specific field of responsibility in order to have the talent available in the market to ensure business objectives according to organisational policies and guidelines.

Task and Responsibilities as Recruiter:

Policy

  • Improve and implement recruitment and selection policies through the formulation of improvement proposals on recruitment process and tools.

Recruitment

  • Survey and verify job profile with the internal customer to meet its requirements.
  • Carry out the recruitment process of resumes through researching different sources.
  • Carry out the first selection of candidates through the process established by the company.
  • Hand over first selection to management and HR.
  • Ensure constant communication with the internal customer on the stages and evolution of the process.

Selection

  • Perform letter and CV selections.
  • Ensure execution/execute (of) IQ and personality tests, optionally by external testing agencies.
  • Conduct selection interviews.
  • Advise on suitability of candidates.
  • Implement strategies to make the selection process more efficient.

External Communication

  • Prepare materials for and participate in recruitment events.
  • Prepare and place advertisements in appropriate media and use other means of communication to the labor market, in collaboration with Corporate Communications & PR.

Relations

  • Build strategic relationships with potential sources of recruitment such as universities, institutes and unions.
  • Maintain contact with local service providers and external agencies and employment agencies regarding the recruitment process within the region.

Administration

  • Collect and process recruitment and candidate documents and provide administrative support to HR with regard to the recruitment & selection processes.
  • Conduct correspondence with candidates.
  • Control processes within the systems provided and administrative guidelines.

Projects

  • Execute assigned HR-related projects, within the project management guidelines.

Specific Requirements for Recruiter:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in HR field or General Business

Experience

  • Extensive recruitment experience, with experience within a comparable environment
  • Specialist recruitment knowledge and experience within the oil, gas and/or chemical industry 
  • Experience with selection and interviewing of selected candidates.
