Job Description as Senior HR Advisor with Stork:
Stork are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative individual who has the confidence to challenge the ‘norm’ and who strives to ensure that a high standard of HR service is provided to the business at all times.
Main Task and Responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor:
- Proactively strengthen UK HR deliveries and HR projects
- Support the implementation of the business strategy requirements into actions and support organisational development projects
- Continuous identification of process improvement and implementation
- Ensure constructive dialogue between management and employees, provide sound employee relations guidance and support to line managers and HR Advisors
- Support Emergency Response efforts as required
- Support a strong safety and engagement culture with an excellent commercial mind-set
- Ensure that all aspects of employee relations are managed appropriately, supporting managers and HR Advisors
- HR representative for external meetings
- Work closely with the Logistics Team Leader
- Deputise in HR Manager Absence

Specific Requirements for Senior HR Advisor:
Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming employment law & best practise
- Proven track record in strategic and operational activities, including strong understanding of employee relations
- Excellent written and Oral English skills
- Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility
- Proactive and delivery focused
- Motivate, inspire and develop team
- Builds robust relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders
- Confidence and credibility with Senior Leadership
- High ethical awareness and integrity, a role model for Storks values and Leadership behaviours
- CIPD qualified
- Track record of solving problems and identifying solutions
- Commercially aware and customer focussed
