Technical Support Co-ordinator

Navis Consulting are working with a client who are looking to hire a Technical Support Co-ordinator to work with an existing project delivery team. This position will play a vital role in the smooth running of the department, with plenty of scope for professional development, additional responsibility and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project delivery team to assist with daily operations and technical support.
  • Administer technical documentation
  • Assist with managing the project supply chain including administrating the purchase control system and technical stores.
  • Assist with coordinating activities and logistics within the project.

Qualifications:

  • Previous technical support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
