Vetting Superintendent (Chemical Tankers) – Permanent – Netherlands – €80k – €85k plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable ship management company based in Amsterdam.
They manage a fleet of Chemical tankers and are growing in fleet size and therefore looking to add 2x experienced Vetting Superintendents.

As Vetting Superintendent you will support the QHSE manager in overall business procedures, customers and internal/external assurance. Ensure all procedures are done according to our company safety procedures. Maintain the safety system and ensure this is in line with the national and international regulations and the oil major vetting requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master/Chief Mate unlimited license and have significant experience sailing on Chemical Tankers. Previous shore based experience as Vetting Superintendent or similar would be a distinct advantage. The role will involve regular travel and you must be available to travel at short notice. You must have the right to live and work in the EU to be considered.
