Marine Superintendent (LNG) – Permanent – London – Competitive package

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable shipping company based in London

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient navigation, mooring, cargo and ballast operations of assigned vessels

Responsibilities include:

• Anticipate and drive Safe and Flawless Performance of assigned Vessels operational requirements,
• Planning of safe cargo and ballast transfer practices, performance and standards.
• Planning of compliance with Flag State legislation, instructions and safety programs.
• Implements Flag State and Port State instructions, legislation, notices and safety programs
• Monitor all voyages to ensure balance of safety, economics and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

• Have sailed on LNG carriers in a senior rank
• Hold a class one Master Mariner unlimited license
• Knowledge of Moss, DFDE & MEGI is preferred
• Previous shore based experience is essential
• Must have right to live and work in the UK
