Job description

Located within the Sellafield Ltd (SL) ICG Lillyhall Office to provide support and to ensure that the activities/duties for Operations, Decommissioning and Major Projects are coordinated and monitored to deliver the outputs to time and quality:

  • Coordinating project schedules and deliverables
  • Documentation management within the project
  • Be fully conversant with the requirements of SLM 4.06.02 – Contracts Quality Requirements Manual
  • Hold Sellafield Ltd P4 pass and relevant security clearances

Liaise with the SL ICG supply chain on an on-going basis to ensure all the relevant details for processing their Notification of Inspection (NOI) have been received, i.e. copies of purchase orders, inspection location, scope of work and the discipline of the inspection.

Process NOI’s/Assignment Requests (AR’s) within the ICG Management System Database

Generate NOI’s and AR’s and send to SL ICG and BV generic mailboxes and SL ICG Quality Engineer

Maintain databases/spreadsheets to control documentation and track activities from production through to
completion prior to returning the Supplier for inclusion in the Life Time Records, this may include:

  • Concessions
  • Product Permits
  • Technical Queries
  • Drawings

Provide support to the SL ICG IT modernisation project

Hold Key User access to the ICG Management System Database, with full access to perform updates within the system as and when required

Complete Usage Decisions on SAP to support the Inspectors within IMC (Incoming Material Control) to relieve backlogs

Attend internal meetings at Lillyhall and/or SL Site(s)

Liaise with BV internal staff (Operations and QHSSE)

Liaise with SL ICG Engineers and appropriate Design Representatives

Ownership and accountability of all duties carried out adhering to BV Code of Ethics

Maintain contract files in line with, Nuclear and QHSSE processes for SL ICG and Bureau Veritas

Deliverables:

  • Maintain key contract files
  • Maintain close liaison with key contacts to ensure delivery to expectation
  • Regularly provide progress updates against key targets, timescales & queries

Job requirements

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Experience in a contract coordination role
  • Proficient in IT, Access, Excel and in-house systems
  • Customer service focus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of quality assurance requirements –
  • procedures and processes
  • Security Clearance (P4 pass holder)

Qualifications Required

  • Appropriate qualifications and experience
