Crewing Manager - Tugs

Seaworthy Consulting is looking to recruit a Crewing Manager.

The company owns a fleet of Tug Vessels operating out of various ports around the UK.

We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated the key skills in:
-Logistics
-Multi-tasking
-Travel
-Recruitment or HR Skills
-Communication skills
-Marine Knowledge
-Team player

The crewing manager will be responsible for around 115 crew and for coordinating travel arrangements for them. They will also be responsible for recruiting HR role when required.

Annual salary will be circa £30,000 per annum.
Benefits: Company car, negotiable. Four weeks holiday per annum.
