Job Description as HSEQ Administrator with Stork:

To support the HSEQ function to ensure all requisite information is available in a timely manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities as HSEQ Administrator:

Information (Maintenance and Updates)

  • Maintain and update Audit Plans and support Visit Schedules and performance metrics
  • Maintain and update the weekly IMS documentation uploads onto the Integrated Management System
  • Support the maintenance and update of information on the continual improvement database, occupational health databases and Achilles UVDB and FPAL databases

Information Analysis

  • Produce associated reports and presentation materials for HSEQ

Networking

  • Build effective working relationships internally
  • Attend internal meetings as required by line management
  • Co-operate with clients and other bodies during HSEQ Audits

  • Adherence to regulatory requirements

Experience

Essential

  • Good MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills
  • Good Internet Research Skills
  • Ability to review large quantities of information, compile reports and presentation materials

Desirable

  • Use of development and administration of Sharepoint sites
  • Experience in a similar role and advantage
